目的:評(píng)價(jià)綜合康復(fù)措施對(duì)預(yù)防地震髖部骨折傷員深靜脈血栓形成的作用。方法：按深靜脈血栓形成的高危因素對(duì)195例地震髖部骨折傷員進(jìn)行分級(jí)評(píng)估,并針對(duì)性實(shí)施綜合康復(fù)措施,觀察深靜脈血栓的癥狀和體征,了解深靜脈血栓的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：地震髖部骨折傷員應(yīng)用綜合康復(fù)措施后,尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)下肢深靜脈血栓形成的病例。結(jié)論：綜合康復(fù)措施能有效地預(yù)防地震髖部骨折傷員深靜脈血栓的形成。
