目的  討論使用外源性抗凝基因修飾內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞后襯里人工血管,使人工血管局部抗凝活性提高以及對(duì)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞其他生物活性的影響等。
方法  復(fù)習(xí)近幾年的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),作綜述報(bào)道。
結(jié)果  內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞在轉(zhuǎn)染纖溶酶原激活物(tPA、uPA、Urokinase)、血栓調(diào)節(jié)蛋白(TM)和水蛭素(hirudin)等基因后,均使局部血管的抗凝活性增高,但同時(shí)也導(dǎo)致內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞粘附性、增殖功能下降。
結(jié)論  外源性基因能使內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞預(yù)襯的人工血管抗凝活性提高,但仍需進(jìn)行深入研究。
