目的  探討梗阻性黃疸(簡稱梗黃)大鼠心肌組織中TNF-α及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 基因mRNA的表達(dá)。
方法  RT-PCR法擴增梗黃大鼠心肌組織中cDNA,電泳掃描后半定量分析TNF-α和SOD基因mRNA表達(dá)。
結(jié)果  梗黃大鼠心肌組織中TNF-α基因mRNA表達(dá)增強,SOD基因mRNA表達(dá)下降; 血清中TNF-α水平升高,心肌組織中SOD合成減少。
結(jié)論  梗黃心肌的損害與TNF-α基因mRNA表達(dá)增強、SOD基因mRNA表達(dá)降低有關(guān)。
