目的  探討腫瘤微血管密度(MVD)與膽囊癌的侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。
方法  應(yīng)用免疫組化法，用抗人因子Ⅷ相關(guān)抗原(FⅧRAg)的單克隆抗體測定42例人膽囊癌組織中的MVD，并分析其與膽囊癌各種病理因素及預(yù)后之間的關(guān)系。
結(jié)果  MVD與膽囊癌浸潤深度(P＜0.05)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P＜0.01)和遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移(P＜0.05)密切相關(guān)，而與病理類型、分化程度無關(guān)(P＞0.05)； MVD＞54.82的膽囊癌患者5年生存率較低。
結(jié)論  腫瘤微血管密度與膽囊癌浸潤深度、淋巴結(jié)及遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)，對(duì)判斷膽囊癌的預(yù)后具有重要的臨床意義。
