對18例結直腸癌患者采用實體瘤短期體外懸浮細胞培養(yǎng)法進行染色體分析。結果:染色體結構重排涉及17p、5q、6q(78%、61%、50%),染色體增加頻率最高的是7號、3號(72%、66%),丟失則最常見于17號、5號、18號(50%、44%、33%)。大量標記染色體、雙微體及超倍體核型預示腫瘤易早期復發(fā)和轉移。此結果提示:17號、5號及18號染色體畸變與結直腸癌發(fā)生發(fā)展有密切關系。非隨機性染色體異常的多樣性和復雜性更表明大腸癌的發(fā)生是多基因多步驟演變的結果。
