采用ABC免疫組織化學方法對41例胃癌組織,66例正常胃和良性病變胃組織內癌胚抗原表達作了研究。結果顯示:胃癌組織內癌胚抗原(CEA)的表達程度明顯強于正常胃和良性病變胃組織;前者CEA的分布形式多呈胞漿型和間質型,而后者則呈腔緣型和膜型。同時表明組織內CEA的分布形式與腫瘤細胞的生長方式和浸潤深度有關。作者認為組織內CEA的表達狀況與胃癌細胞生物學行為有關,其在組織內的分布形式較其含量更為重要,相同組織學類型CEA亦可有不同的分布形式。
