目的 觀察冷基循環(huán)微波聚能刀（PMCT）聯(lián)合化療治療晚期非小細(xì)胞肺癌（NSCLC）的療效和對(duì)患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法 80例NSCLC患者隨機(jī)分為PMCT聯(lián)合化療組和單純化療組，每組40例，兩組化療方案均為順鉑+艾素。比較兩組半年期的臨床療效、生存率和生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果 PMCT聯(lián)合化療組和單純化療組患者治療3個(gè)月后的有效率分別為52.5%（21/40）和32.5%（13/40），有顯著差異（P lt;0.05）。PMCT聯(lián)合化療組治療半年生存率為87.5%（35/40），單純化療組患者半年生存率為62.5%（25/40），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P lt;0.05）。PMCT聯(lián)合化療組治療6個(gè)月后生活質(zhì)量總評(píng)分為（143.6±2.4）分，KPS評(píng)分為（93±4）分；單純化療組治療6個(gè)月后生活質(zhì)量總評(píng)分為（121.5±3.5）分，KPS評(píng)分為（79±3）分，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P均 lt;0.05）。結(jié)論 PMCT聯(lián)合化療治療晚期NSCLC療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)化療。
