各國都在不斷推出新的臨床指南,但過多的臨床指南對(duì)臨床實(shí)踐反而不利,由此引出臨床指南的真實(shí)性和可靠性也值得評(píng)價(jià).本文通過臨床實(shí)例,演示如何運(yùn)用循證指南來制定治療決策.
