【摘要】  乙醛脫氫酶(acetaldehyde dehydrogenase,ALDH)廣泛存在于不同組織中,是一類具有高度氧化活性的胞漿酶類。隨著腫瘤干細(xì)胞理論的提出,ALHD1被發(fā)現(xiàn)為多種腫瘤干細(xì)胞的表面標(biāo)志,在腫瘤的診斷、治療、判斷預(yù)后等方面發(fā)揮一定作用?,F(xiàn)就ALDH1在不同腫瘤的具體作用及在放化療耐藥方面的機(jī)制作一綜述。
