目的 總結(jié)目前胰島移植分子影像示蹤與監(jiān)測(cè)的不同方法。
方法 對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)、外有關(guān)胰島移植分子影像示蹤與監(jiān)測(cè)的研究報(bào)道進(jìn)行綜述和分析。
結(jié)果 MRI具有高敏感性,高空間分辨率,可應(yīng)用于臨床,可在MR實(shí)時(shí)引導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行藥物注射,無(wú)放射性損傷等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但缺點(diǎn)是無(wú)法區(qū)分肝細(xì)胞以及未存活的移植胰島細(xì)胞,在肝鐵離子過量的患者中無(wú)法進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。核素分子顯像的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是特異性高,只有存活的細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生信號(hào),可應(yīng)用于臨床,但具有離子輻射,有可能會(huì)篡改基因,無(wú)解剖成像,空間分辨率低,放射性示蹤半衰期較短。光學(xué)成像特異性高,只有存活的細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生信號(hào),獲取途徑多樣,無(wú)放射性損傷,但有可能會(huì)篡改基因,空間分辨率低,尚無(wú)法應(yīng)用于臨床。
結(jié)論 磁共振、核素影像、光學(xué)成像以及基于微囊胰島的多模態(tài)影像,都可以對(duì)胰島移植物進(jìn)行分子影像的示蹤與監(jiān)測(cè),基于微囊胰島的多模態(tài)影像可能會(huì)是未來(lái)最佳的方法。
