目的  探討胰腺惡性纖維組織細(xì)胞瘤的診斷及治療。
方法  對蘭州大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院收治的1例胰腺惡性纖維組織細(xì)胞瘤患者，結(jié)合國、內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)對其臨床特點(diǎn)，影像學(xué)、病理學(xué)及免疫組化特征、治療和預(yù)后進(jìn)行分析。
結(jié)果  行胰腺腫瘤切除，術(shù)后醫(yī)用直線加速器采取三維適形精確放療，隨訪9個月，未見腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)。
結(jié)論  胰腺惡性纖維組織細(xì)胞瘤惡性度高，易復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移，生存率低，診斷主要依靠病理和免疫組化檢查。外科手術(shù)聯(lián)合放射治療可延長生存時間和延緩腫瘤的復(fù)發(fā)。
