目的了解影像學檢查在活體供肝評估中的應用現(xiàn)狀。
方法采用文獻回顧方法對活體供肝評估中影像學的應用研究進行綜述。
結果術前CT和MRI可準確評估肝臟體積與粗略評估肝臟大泡型脂肪變性情況; CT血管成像可顯示供肝肝動脈、門靜脈與肝靜脈的解剖結構,術中膽管造影可顯示膽管系統(tǒng)的解剖變異。
結論影像學檢查在活體供肝評估中的多個環(huán)節(jié)都得到廣泛應用。
