目的探討人乳腺癌組織中端粒酶逆轉(zhuǎn)錄酶(hTERT)mRNA和BRCA1蛋白的表達(dá)及其二者間的關(guān)系。
方法采用RTPCR 和免疫組化方法分別檢測(cè)43例乳腺癌組織和40例乳腺癌癌旁組織中的hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白的表達(dá)。
結(jié)果乳腺癌組織中hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白表達(dá)陽性率分別為72.1%(31/43)和34.9%(15/43),hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白在乳腺癌組織及其癌旁組織中表達(dá)〔5.0%(2/40),77.5%(31/40)〕的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05); 在乳腺癌組織中,hTERT mRNA和BRCA1蛋白的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.995, P<0.01)。
結(jié)論BRCA1蛋白弱表達(dá)與乳腺癌hTERT轉(zhuǎn)錄密切相關(guān),可能參與了乳腺癌發(fā)生機(jī)理。
