目的 探討p16和p53蛋白在膽囊癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的作用及其相關(guān)性。
方法 應(yīng)用免疫組化法對40例膽囊癌組織中p16和p53蛋白的表達(dá)情況進(jìn)行檢測。
結(jié)果 p16和p53蛋白的表達(dá)與膽囊癌的組織學(xué)分化,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移以及預(yù)后相關(guān); p16蛋白的表達(dá)還與臨床分期有關(guān)。結(jié)論 p16蛋白的失表達(dá)是發(fā)生在膽囊癌發(fā)展的晚期階段,認(rèn)為p16和p53蛋白的表達(dá)有助于原發(fā)性膽囊癌的分化及其預(yù)后的判斷。
