摘要:目的: 探討PCNA,VEGF在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)關(guān)系及其意義。 方法 :免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)正常胃和胃癌組織中PCNA和VEGF的表達(dá),并分析其與胃癌臨床病理特征的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果 :胃癌組織中PCNA、VEGF的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為850%、683%,二者在正常胃組織中均為隱性表達(dá)。PCNA的表達(dá)與腫瘤分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(〖WTBX〗P lt;005),而與年齡、性別、腫瘤大小、組織分化程度無(wú)關(guān)(〖WTBX〗P gt;005);PCNA的表達(dá)與腫瘤分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(〖WTBX〗P lt;005),而與年齡、性別、腫瘤大小、組織分化程度無(wú)關(guān)(〖WTBX〗P gt;005)。PCNA和VEGF在胃癌中的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)。 結(jié)論 :PCNA和VEGF在胃癌組織中的高表達(dá)促進(jìn)了胃癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展。Abstract: Objective: To study the significance and relationship of expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric cancer. Methods : The expression of VEGF and PCNA in normal gastric tissues and gastric cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP),and clinic pathological correlation with gastric cancer was analyzed. Results : The positive exression rates of PCNA and VEGF in gastric cancer were 850%、683%, respectively, while negative expression was shown in normal gastric tissues. It was found that the expressions of PCNA and VEGF were both in significant relation to TNM stages and lymph node metastasis (P lt;005), but in no relation to age, gender, diameter of tumor and tumor cell differentiation (P gt;005). The expressions of PCNA and VEGF were positively correlated with each other. Conclusion : It was indicated that the highlevel expressions of PCNA and VEGF might corporately accelerate the progression of gastric cancer.
摘要:目的:研究垂體瘤轉(zhuǎn)化基因在非小細(xì)胞肺癌組織、肺良性病變組織和正常支氣管黏膜上皮組織中的表達(dá), 初步探討其與非小細(xì)胞肺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展,侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。方法:(1)用SP免疫組化法檢測(cè)76例臨床石蠟組織標(biāo)本(44例非小細(xì)胞肺癌、20例肺良性病變組織和12例正常支氣管黏膜上皮組織)中的PTTG蛋白的表達(dá)。(2)用RTPCR法分析PTTG mRNA在不同性質(zhì)肺組織中的表達(dá)情況?!糎TH〗結(jié)果〖HTSS〗:(1)PTTG蛋白在不同性質(zhì)肺組織中的表達(dá)差別具有明顯差異;在TNM分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組間差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。(2)PTTG mRNA在不同性質(zhì)肺組織中的表達(dá)差別具有明顯差異(Plt;0.001);在TNM分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組間差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:細(xì)胞肺癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the association between PTTG expression and biological behaviors of human nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PTTG in 76 cases of paraffinembedded specimens (including 44 surgical specimens from NSCLC patients, 20 pneumonic benign lesion and 19 normal bronchial epithelium).Realtime RTPCR was performed to detect PTTGm RNA expression in 44 cases of fresh carcinoma and corresponding adjacent normal mucosa specimens.Results: The expression levels of PTTG was significantly different between normal mucosa and adenoma tissues.There were statistical relationships between their expressions and TNM stage, lymphnode metastasis. Conclusion: PTTG may play an important role in carcinogenesis、development and metastasis of human nonsmall cell lung cancer.
